The building’s contemporary design and surrounding landscaping celebrate wine’s agrarian roots and the artistry of fine winemaking.
Uniting innovation with tradition, the winery caters to groups with state-of-the-art audio-visual needs as well as those interested in personalizing their event with an activity to enhance the appreciation and enjoyment of food and wine. To complete the experience, an in-house culinary team lead by chef Dan Koommoo is dedicated to fresh cuisine, including organic fruits and vegetables from nearby Oxbow Farm, designed to complement Novelty Hill’s and Januik’s award-winning wines.
The Perfect Room for Your Group

The Tree House (16 guests)
By day, The Tree House is a unique setting for corporate retreats; by evening, the space transforms into an ideal location for a private dinner. The room’s perimeter is graced with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking surrounding treetops. A stunning 17’ salvaged Douglas Fir table gives the room its dramatic effect. State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including a plasma screen television, drop down screen, and LCD projector complete the room.
Cellar Room (26 guests)
Located on the lower level of the winery. Small oak barrels and a glass enclosed reserve wine cellar line the walls of this intimate space. A 24’ salvaged Western Red Cedar table with votives adds a warm glow and makes a spectacular impression.
Terrace Room (100 seated)
Appointed with audio-visual equipment to accommodate today’s meetings, the Terrace Room is set off with a glass wall along the north side of the room overlooking the winery’s tank room and a glass wall along the south side of the room leads into the garden. For those who desire, a sliding door opens to the kitchen, providing an insiders’ view of chef Dan Koommoo and his culinary team at work.
Expanded Terrace Room (200 guests, standing)
Open the glass doors from the Terrace Room to access the winery’s expansive gardens and make use of the adjacent tasting room notable for its dramatic soaring ceilings, dual-sided tasting bar and double-sided fireplace with indoor/outdoor seating. Take advantage of the garden’s bocce ball court, outdoor grill and 12’ outdoor fireplace.
